BubbleXL ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on destination, weight, and carrier rates. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Import Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

• Refused by the customer due to import duties or taxes

• Not cleared through customs

• Abandoned

• Or destroyed by customs authorities

BubbleXL is not liable for any loss of goods, and no refund will be issued for:

• Product value

• Shipping costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can start an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

BubbleXL is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipments.
